After a long silence working time in the afternoon, a workmate told me that her former leader would leave. It is such a surprise that ie let me feel this company would bankrupt in nearly future.
    The reason may be the wage of Shelley, the new saleslady of sale-department. In concern of her capable, I think her wage is too high. So many people have other opinion about it.
    
     As an old manager, Mr. HE had served for this company for three years, moreover, as the lead of census-department, his wage just 2500, less than the sale-lady 1000. Even more, she is just a freshman in this company. Compare with both of them, the balance in everybody’s mind have their words almost at a glance.
    
    It is impossible to remain someone of working for you while there is no enough benefic for him. For example, someone is busy for the company day and night while the others have any behalf, should anyone content with this situation? The answer is so apparent.
    
    It was estimated that a fraction of worker wanted some changes with this company. Maybe there was something wrong with the new manager, or wrong with the culture of the company. Under this situation, maybe I also need plan for my future.
    
     I wonder why the relationship has become so hard that i can hardly see the true humantity of person after we have lived along in this real society. Is there any problem with me thoroughly? Or is it the problem of the whole society？ I do not understand that, not only the person around me, also the future I cannot touch right now.
    
     At last, there is still a problem in my mind: I wonder what the relationship is between Shelly and Qing, the people I have been missing for certain a long time.
